It is also important to note that we are a new (and small) business and that there may be hitches along the way. - Currently The Costume Crypt TM. is only setup to sell within Canada (excluding Quebec). All applicable taxes (GST, PST, and HST) are charged according to the province in which the order is placed.
- All orders are shipped through Canada Post at the regular rate. If you require your items to be delivered by a certain date, it is recommended that you contact us before placing your order to find out if we can acquire your items for you by your deadline as well as for us to be aware of the deadline to make it a priority.
- We strive to keep costs as low as possible and for that reason, we don't always have stock on hand. When ordering an item from The Costume Crypt TM., we may have to order it directly from the manufacturer/distributor which may increase wait times anywhere from 5 days to 14 days. On average, it may take an order anywhere from roughly 2 days to 16 days for the purchaser to receive.
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under ANY circumstance as in most cases the payment for the items may have been forwarded directly to the manufacturer/distributor.
- Special orders are items that are not items we regularly carry and/or are not listed in our regular stock on the website. Special order items may be items that are specifically requested and we may have to look into for availablilty. Special order items are not returnable or refundable under ANY circumstance.
- The Costume Crypt TM. inspects all items before packing and shipping to ensure that the items are free from defects and damages.
- The Costume Crypt TM. is not setup to be able to do exchanges through the mail so it is important to be certain of costume sizes upon time of purchase. All efforts have been made to try and be as accurate as possible for sizing of costumes and items.
- Should there be any other questions, concerns, or issues not covered in these Terms & Conditions, we will make all attempts to try and resolve them to everyone's satisfaction.
